Hello, I'm Brian

Certified Personal Trainer & Strength Conditioning Coach

My goal is to inspire/motivate others through fitness, provide accountability and help individuals reach their fitness goals including weight loss, burning body fat, gaining lean muscle mass, improving nutritional habits, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Over the past 4 years, I have transformed my body through strength training + proper nutrition and I would love to help you get the results you desire too.

Virtual Training 1 on 1 sessions via Zoom/Facetime. Resistance bands, yoga mat, and water bottle are required, any other equipment is optional but more than welcomed. Make sure to wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a positive attitude!
